You Must be a Real Psychic
Psychics for Hire wants real psychics with real gifts: clairvoyants, mediums, clairsentients, empaths, and those who use tools such as the Tarot in conjunction with their own authentic psychic powers. We want psychics who care about their clients. Upon registration, we will set up a psychic reading with one of our screeners to evaluate your accuracy and delivery.
You Must Have a Professional Name
Many psychic web sites feature readers with an array of strange-sounding screen names hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet. We prefer readers who are serious about their work and want to see it expand beyond the digital world. Imagine the following scenario
Next week on Oprah, we've got psychics, featuring Sylvia Brown, Lisa Williams, John Edward, and WinterMoonSpirit41370.
While not every psychic is meant to be a household word, we do want to feature those who take their career seriously enough to want to see it grow beyond the Internet. Therefore, you must have a real name or a professional name that you have chosen for your psychic career that sounds like a person's name, NOT a screen name.
You Must Have a Professional Photo
We're a web site of real psychics, not of mythical creatures or cartoon characters, so we don't allow graphics to be used in place of good, professional photos. Snapshot-style photos are often too small, too grainy, or simply too poor to use in a professional bio.
Find a professional local photographer, or go to your nearby Picture People, Glamour Shots, or Sears Portrait Studio. Just make sure you have a good photo to send us, which we will request upon submission of your online registration form. Here are some examples of good professional photos:
   
You Must Have a Professional Bio
All of our psychics have years of experience reading for clients, and have the bio to show for it. Your bio should list all of your skills, your experiences, the psychic tools you use, how you work with clients, your style of reading, and media appearances. Get creative.
Our copywriter will edit all bios for grammar, spelling, and a little extra panache but we like to give her something to start with. Your bio will be requested along with your photo once your registration process is complete.
If you've got your name, your photo, and some real psychic talent, you're almost ready to fill out the form. Our backend telephone system is powered by Click4Advisor technology. As such, the form you will fill out is on their servers; we don't control it, but there is certain information on it that must be filled out according to our specifications.
Registration Form
You must first fill out the Click4Advisor Registration Form, which is linked below.
- Your Advisor Name is the real or "professional" name mentioned above.
- Method of Payout is how you wish to be paid. You can choose either PayPal or direct deposit, but bear in mind that the latter requires you to mail in a form with a voided check.
Advisor Profile
Upon completion of the Registration Form, you will need to login to your newly created Click4Advisor account with the Username (your Advisor Name) and password that you chose during registration and select Advisor Profile from your Advisor control panel. We have a few simple requirements that must be entered into that form.
- Your Click4Advisor category must be set to Metaphysical.
- Your sub-category must be set to Psychic/Clairvoyant no matter your particular specialty.
- Your rate must be set to $3.99 per minute. All of our psychics are set to the same rate for uniformity.
- Enter some of your bio information in the Service Detail and Experience boxes. Use <br><br> HTML for spacing between paragraphs. NOTE: This is not the bio that most callers will see. That exists on our site and thus must be submitted to us separately.
W9 Form
Click4Advisor reports income to the IRS. You must submit a W9 Form to Click4Advisor be paid for your services. You will be allowed to set yourself to "available" status before submitting the W9, but you will not be able to receive payment. You can find the W9 form on the Click4Advisor control panel under the "Availability" section.
Click4Advisor pays you weekly, either to your PayPal account or via direct deposit to your checking account. After the .12 cent connection fee that Click4Advisor takes off the top, the remaining breakdown is as follows:
50% goes to the psychic
15% goes to Click4Advisor
35% goes to Psychics for Hire
Our portion is used towards marketing costs, including Google AdWords, MSN AdCenter, and other marketing channels.
Free Minutes
Psychics for Hire offers three free minutes to every first time Click4Advisor who visits our site. Neither Psychics for Hire nor the psychic are paid for these minutes but it is a fantastic way to get new clients as the vast majority of callers will add minutes above and beyond the three if they enjoy the reading with you.
Psychics For Hire requires that all applicants read the information above in order to apply. You cannot leave out any of the above items! Once you are sure you've got everything listed above ready, click the link below. You can always refer back to this page if you get stuck.
